There is no installer: extract the ZIP and start ClientNode.exe from its folder, as administrator.

Windows 7 64-bit: certificate error
Section titled “Windows 7 64-bit: certificate error”Windows 7 64-bit needs Microsoft’s update KB3033929 before ClientNode can verify certificates. It is available from the Microsoft Update Catalog.
