How to Send Email

Creating Email to Be Sent:

  • Select “Modules” category from menu.
  • Select “Email” to create email to be sent.

  • In “Email” page, click plus '+' button to add email configuration to be sent.

  • Email Subject: Write any subject for email that you like to be sent, for example “Test Email Subject”
  • Email To: Specify the email address to be sent
  • Email Cycle: Choose a cycle for sending emails. There are 3 options: “IMMEDIATE”, “DAY” and “WEEK”
  • Event Name: Choose a event for sending emails. If event occurs, email will be sent. Leave Event Name as blank for System Events (like Device Disconnection)
  • Max Email Per Day““: You can choose maximum email to be sent for a day.

  • Then click “Save” button to create new email to be sent.
  • To see created emails from “Email” module, choose “Historian” category from menu.
  • Click “Email”.

  • In this page, you can see Historian Emails: Email Subject, Email To, Email Cycle, Is Skipped, Max Email Per Day,
  • Created At, Send At.
  • If email did not send, Is Skipped box will be ticked.
