Select “Email” to create email to be sent. In “Email” page, click plus '+' button to add email configuration to be sent. Email Subject: Write any subject for email that you like to be sent, for example “Test Email Subject” Email To: Specify the email address to be sent Email Cycle: Choose a cycle for sending emails. There are 3 options: “IMMEDIATE”, “DAY” and “WEEK” Event Name: Choose a event for sending emails. If event occurs, email will be sent. Leave Event Name as blank for System Events (like Device Disconnection) Max Email Per Day““: You can choose maximum email to be sent for a day. Then click “Save” button to create new email to be sent. To see created emails from “Email” module, choose “Historian” category from menu. Click “Email”. In this page, you can see Historian Emails: Email Subject, Email To, Email Cycle, Is Skipped, Max Email Per Day, Created At, Send At. If email did not send, Is Skipped box will be ticked.
